Stephen Michael “Steve” Baker is a journalist and the defendant in United States v. Baker, No. 1:24-cr-00121-CRC, before U.S. District Judge Christopher R. Cooper. On November 12, 2024, Judge Cooper accepted Baker’s guilty pleas to all four misdemeanor counts.
