Danielle Nicole Doyle worked for the Oklahoma City Thunder before her January 6 case became public. FACT: Doyle was identified after former coworkers recognized her in television footage of the Capitol riot and reported her to the FBI. She was arrested February 25, 2021. She pleaded guilty on July 14, 2021, to one count of parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building. Judge Trevor McFadden sentenced her on October 1, 2021, to two months of probation, a $3,000 fine, a $10 special assessment, and $500 in restitution to the Architect of the Capitol. Her attorney said at the time it was among the lightest sentences given to any January 6 defendant to that point. On January 20, 2025, President Trump granted clemency covering the January 6 prosecutions. Doyle was among 14 Oklahomans whose January 6 cases were pardoned.
