Defendant in a January 6-related pipe-bomb prosecution; charges pending

Brian J. Cole, Jr. is the defendant in United States v. Cole, No. 1:26-cr-00001, a pending federal prosecution concerning two explosive devices found near the Republican National Committee and Democratic National Committee headquarters on January 6, 2021.
