The record, so far

Albert Ciarpelli was 65 years old on January 6 — a man from DeWitt, in the Syracuse, New York area, who had never been in trouble a day in his life. THEIR ACCOUNT: He told the FBI he drove to Washington on January 5 after seeing TV ads for the rally. He listened to speeches for two or three hours, then walked down Pennsylvania Avenue with the crowd. He said he found a side door open with some broken glass and, in his own words, did something he knew he should not do — he stepped inside for about 15 minutes. (CNY Central; DOJ.) FACT: He was charged with misdemeanor offenses only. No assault. No weapon. (DOJ.) THEIR ACCOUNT: Reflecting later, he said he had been 'out of his mind' that day and had never done anything like it before. He owned it. FACT: On June 1, 2024 he was sentenced to 90 days, 12 months supervised release, and 500 dollars restitution. On January 20, 2025, President Trump granted clemency to January 6 defendants. A 65-year-old grandfather. One bad decision. A full accounting. That is the whole of it. THE RECORD Case No. 1:21-mj-38, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Arrested 01/12/2021. Initial appearance 01/25/2021; released on personal recognizance. This profile is unclaimed. If this is you — or your family — claiming it is free, forever.

How verification works

  1. 1

    You claim the profile

Sign in (or sign up free), then submit your DOJ case number, a mugshot or pardon record, or a court document showing this is you. Takes a couple minutes.

  2. 2

    Ryan reviews it personally

Every claim is checked by Ryan against the DOJ docket and public record. Imposters get rejected. You only need to do this once.

  3. 3

    Profile becomes yours

Once approved, this page comes down and a fresh case-builder takes its place. You can upload photos, scanned documents, embedded TikTok / YouTube / X videos, your testimony in your own words. Everything you upload waits for review before going public.

Why this matters for Albert

Most J6 defendant case files sit locked inside law firms. The public hears soundbites. They do not see the grievance forms denied without a hearing. They do not see the water shut off. They do not see four years of constitutional rights violated, one piece of paper at a time.

We put it in public. All of it. Every defendant who joins. One airtight record the government cannot refute. That is how this case is won.
