How's your sales team?
You got a bunch of closers? A bunch of killers out there ready to pick up the phone, start dialing, and not stop even after they've made a sale?
Or do you have a bunch of paycheck earners over there? People who are really leeches, pulling the life out of you and your business. Not closing deals. Not bringing anybody in.
The excuse
When you ask them about it, or you confront them as the business owner, they tell you it's the leads.
The leads suck.
Well, maybe they do. And that's on you, business owner.
But maybe your salesman sucks.
What it costs
If you have a terrible salesman who isn't bringing you sales, it's costing you money. It's costing your children money. It's costing everybody else in your business who depends on that salesman, and on you, to provide.
