William Joseph Pepe is a Hudson Valley man out of Beacon, New York, and later White Plains. He worked for the MTA on Metro-North, the railroad that moves New York to work every morning. Transit man. Track and yard work. That is the trade. Occupation: Metro-North Railroad employee with the MTA, suspended from the job after his arrest.
