FACT: He was arrested February 25, 2021 and indicted March 19, 2021. He pleaded not guilty to all counts and was released on personal recognizance, not held in jail pending trial (DOJ; WCBD). FACT: Norwood pleaded guilty to felony civil disorder. The plea was reported by the DOJ and by the Post and Courier in October 2024 (DOJ; Post and Courier, October 2024).
