William Hendry Mellors is a Tomball man from the pines north of Houston, Texas. He was 50 years old when federal agents came to his door in July 2022, a year and a half after January 6, 2021. Here is a fact the coverage buried. When FBI agents interviewed William Hendry Mellors in May 2022, he did not run, he did not lawyer up and vanish, and he did not deny being there. He told the agents straight out that he expected he would be arrested for his actions on January 6. He sat with them and he told them the truth as he saw it. Two months later they arrested him, and a U.S. Magistrate Judge released him on an unsecured bond. Not detained. Home.
