Every one of those is a misdemeanor. There is no assault count on this record. There is no weapon count on this record. Misdemeanor is not felony. THE FIGHT FACT: He was arrested October 13, 2021. FACT: He pleaded guilty to one count, Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building. The other counts were dismissed. FACT: On March 9, 2023 he was sentenced to 36 months of probation, 90 days of location monitoring, 40 hours of community service, a $10 special assessment, and $500 restitution. No prison. FACT: On January 20, 2025, Willard Thomas Bostic, Jr. received a full pardon.
