Troy Weeks is a Rensselaerville, New York man whose January 6 case ended in a prison sentence and, later, a presidential pardon. Weeks was charged after a criminal complaint filed January 9, 2023, and arrested January 10, 2023. He was indicted February 1, 2023. FACT, DOJ record.
