Troy E. Sargent is a Pittsfield man, born and raised in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts. Small city, blue collar county, the kind of place where people know your family name. THE LEGAL FIGHT Troy E. Sargent was indicted March 26, 2021, with a superseding indictment filed November 10, 2021. [FACT, DOJ] On June 27, 2022 he pleaded guilty to all six counts in the superseding indictment, including a felony count of assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers, civil disorder, and four related misdemeanors.
