Travis Bartow is a Nashville man who went to Washington with his sister. Davidson County, Tennessee. Thirty one years old when the knock came. Travis Bartow was one of twenty seven Tennesseans charged over January 6. [FACT, WMOT Nashville] THE LEGAL FIGHT Nothing happened to Travis Bartow for twenty two months. Then a complaint was filed October 21, 2022, and he was arrested October 28, 2022. [FACT] He was charged with four counts, including entering a restricted federal building and disorderly conduct. [CHARGE ONLY] Every one of those is a charge. A charge is an accusation, not a finding. The FBI said it identified him through social media posts and Capitol surveillance photographs. [FACT, as stated by the government] He was there with his sister, Katelyn Bartow, who had already entered a plea to the same charges by the time Travis Bartow was arrested.
