Court records place him near where Ashli Babbitt went down. Tedesco pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors: disorderly conduct and parading in a Capitol building. On July 12, 2024, a federal judge handed him 36 months probation, 90 days of location monitoring, and a hard $10,000 fine plus $500 restitution. Then it ended.
