He built his following well before January 6, then turned that same camera on himself inside the Capitol. FACT: Gionet pleaded guilty to a single misdemeanor count of parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building. He was sentenced in January 2023 to 60 days in jail, which he has served.
