On December 1, 2021 he was sentenced to 36 months of federal probation with the first 30 days on house arrest, $500 restitution, and 60 hours of community service. The house arrest terms still let him leave for work, for religious services, and for his community service hours. No prison. No violence alleged. A 70 year old Pennsylvania man with a clean record and a misdemeanor.
