Steven Louis Jordan Hanna is a Beavercreek, Ohio man, one half of a set of twin brothers, Steven and Robert Hanna, who were arrested together on January 6 charges out of the Dayton area. Here's what the record shows. Court documents allege video shows the twins on the Capitol's Upper West Terrace and near the broken Senate Wing Door windows, and that they briefly entered through a side door before officers stopped them and they left. NEEDS AUTHENTICATION as to which brother appears in which frame, since local reporting at the time gave identical details for both. FACT that both were charged with entering and remaining in a restricted building, disorderly and disruptive conduct, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, and parading. Steven Hanna was arrested July 18, 2023, two and a half years after the riot. He pleaded guilty to two counts: disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, and parading, demonstrating, or picketing. The other charges were dismissed. On May 9, 2024, he was sentenced to 24 months of probation, 45 days of location monitoring, $500 in restitution, and a $500 fine, plus a $20 special assessment.
