Stacey Lynne Urhammer is a Humboldt County, California woman who was never sentenced for anything arising out of January 6, 2021. FACT: Stacey Lynne Urhammer lives in Arcata, on California's north coast. She also appears in records as Stacey Loeser. FACT: She was arrested on September 6, 2024, three years and eight months after January 6. She was among the very last people charged in the entire January 6 investigation. FACT: She was charged with four counts: entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building. All four are misdemeanor or petty offenses. FACT: The complaint against Stacey Urhammer contained no charge of violence and no charge of vandalism. The Lost Coast Outpost, the news outlet that covered her case in her own community, reported exactly that. FACT: Per the FBI affidavit, she and her partner entered the Capitol at approximately 2:18 p.m. through the Senate Wing Door, were pushed against a wall when a police line moved the crowd back, and were directed out by officers. She appeared at the federal courthouse in McKinleyville and was released on bond. FACT: She pleaded guilty to two petty counts. Sentencing was calendared for April 3, 2025. FACT: She was never sentenced. On January 24, 2025, the court granted the government motion to dismiss the case with prejudice. The case is closed and cannot be refiled. FACT: On January 20, 2025, President Trump granted clemency covering the January 6 prosecutions. The dismissal in this case followed four days later.
