Scott Kevin Fairlamb is a gym owner from Pompton Lakes, New Jersey, a former professional mixed martial artist who fought under the name "Wildman," and a small-business man who spent years teaching regular people in his community how to be a little stronger than they thought they were. Before January 6, north Jersey knew Scott Fairlamb two ways. As a fighter with a pro MMA record on the books. And as the guy who opened Fairlamb Fit and kept the lights on for his members through the hardest stretch a small gym ever faced. (FACT - CNN, Sherdog fighter record, Sports Politika.) He is the kind of man who built something with his hands and his name on the door. That does not disappear because of what the government charged. THE LEGAL FIGHT. Scott Fairlamb was arrested January 22, 2021. On August 6, 2021 he pleaded guilty to obstruction of an official proceeding and to assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers. He was sentenced November 10, 2021 to 41 months and ordered to pay $2,000 in restitution, becoming the first January 6 defendant sentenced on an assault count. (FACT - DOJ press releases, CNN, CBS News.) His direct appeal was later voluntarily dismissed, and Section 2255 relief was denied February 1, 2023. (FACT - court dockets.) On January 20, 2025, Scott Fairlamb received a full presidential pardon under the January 6 clemency grant. (FACT - White House proclamation; DOJ FOIA pardon certificate list.) Since coming home he has talked openly about pretrial detention and solitary confinement, and about what four years of a federal case does to a family and a business. (THEIR ACCOUNT - his published letter via Patriot Freedom Project; recorded interviews.) CASE RECORD. Case number 1:21-cr-00120-RCL-1, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Arrested January 22, 2021. Pardoned January 20, 2025. Charges are charges, and the record above is the record - nothing here softens it and nothing here goes past it. This profile is unclaimed. If this is you - or your family - claiming it is free, forever.
