Sandra Pomeroy Weyer is a Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania woman whose January 6 case went all the way to a federal appeals court, and won on the biggest count against her. Here's what the record shows. Weyer was arrested June 28, 2021, and charged with obstruction of an official proceeding along with entering, disorderly conduct, and parading counts. Prosecutors alleged she filmed and encouraged an assault on a New York Times photographer inside the Capitol, allegedly yelling "get her out, mace her" as the photographer tried to get her camera back.
