FACT: Ryan Holden was arrested on September 11, 2024. That is three years and eight months after January 6, 2021. FACT: He was charged with four counts: entering or remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly or disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building.
