Robert Schornak is a Roseville, Michigan man and, per publicly available accounts of his case, a new father whose life was interrupted by a January 6 prosecution and later restored by presidential clemency. Robert Schornak was inside the Capitol on January 6, 2021, photographed carrying a bullhorn. No violence has been documented against him in the reviewed record. He was one of five Macomb County residents charged in the government's Michigan sweep. He was arrested in Roseville, Michigan on March 18, 2021.
