Robert Piccirillo is a West Palm Beach, Florida man who went almost four years with no charge against him, then got arrested, then got cleared without a conviction. FACT: Piccirillo was arrested in early November 2024, nearly four years after January 6, 2021. His case was docketed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia as 1:24-mj-00339. CHARGE ONLY: Federal prosecutors alleged he was present when a police line was breached and that he entered a Senate office through a broken window near the lower west terrace. He is presumed innocent of every allegation in that complaint. No jury ever heard it. No judge ever ruled on it. DOCUMENTED INFERENCE: NBC News reported in November 2024 that Robert Piccirillo led a West Palm Beach chapter of the Proud Boys. That is a news account, not a court finding, and it is not a crime. FACT: On January 20, 2025, President Trump issued clemency covering January 6 cases, including directing the Attorney General to dismiss pending indictments. Piccirillo was one of the people whose case was still pending when that happened. He was never convicted of anything arising from that day. That is the whole record. Four years of quiet, a complaint, and a dismissal. NEEDS AUTHENTICATION: his trade, his service record, and his family are not in the public record.
