Riley Kasper is a young man from Pulaski, Wisconsin, a small town just northwest of Green Bay, who was in his early twenties when January 6, 2021 changed the course of his life. His case moved from the north woods of Wisconsin to a federal courtroom in Washington, and then, four years later, to a presidential pardon. THE LEGAL FIGHT FACT: Riley Kasper was arrested March 16, 2022 in Ashland, Wisconsin on a federal complaint filed the day before.
