He built ReVibe Corporation, a marketing and media consulting group, after roughly a decade working in the security industry. He went to Washington on January 6, 2021 to hear a president speak and to cover it for his own blog, ReVibe Nation. Three minutes. That is how long Ray Chambers was inside the United States Capitol. He walked to the Rotunda, he took pictures, and he left. FACT: Chambers entered the Capitol at 3:01 p.m. and exited at 3:04 p.m. on January 6, 2021. He was never accused of violence. (The Epoch Times) FACT: He was charged with four misdemeanors: entering and remaining in a restricted building, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building. A jury convicted him on all four counts on March 20, 2024 before U.S. District Judge Dabney Friedrich. He was sentenced on June 24, 2024 to seven months in federal prison and served it at FCI Allenwood Low. (The Epoch Times; reporting by Ryan J. Reilly) FACT: Chambers turned down a plea offer and took his case to a jury. Seven months in federal prison for four misdemeanors. He missed Christmas with his children. THEIR ACCOUNT: Chambers has said he traveled to D.C. on his own, "just to check things out," and that on the east side of the building the scene he walked into was calm, with officers holding the door. FACT: On January 20, 2025, President Trump granted clemency covering the January 6 prosecutions. Raymond Chambers had already served his sentence. His fiancee Jessica Sigalas ran the family support fund while he was inside. Mortgage. Daycare. The ordinary bills that do not stop when the household income does.
