Rachel Myers is a Philadelphia bartender who walked through a building and walked back out. FACT: Myers is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and worked as a bartender at a Philadelphia nightclub. That is what Rachel Myers was doing for a living before her name ever showed up in a federal docket. THE LEGAL FIGHT FACT: Case initially filed as 1:21-mj-665, later charged as 1:22-cr-00074. FACT: Arrested December 1, 2021. Information filed March 8, 2022. FACT: She pleaded not guilty to all counts.
