Olivia Michele Pollock grew up working her family's farm in Kathleen, Florida, made her living with home repairs and a paintbrush, and carried a Bible into prisons years before anyone tried to put her in one. She carried that work ethic into adult employment doing home repairs and painting. She was raised in the Christian faith and took it abroad, with missionary work in Guyana and Guatemala, disaster relief, orphanages and Bible schools. She has been involved in prison ministry for many years alongside her sisters and her father. THEIR ACCOUNT: The family says she traveled to Washington on January 6, 2021, with family and friends to exercise the First Amendment right to peaceably assemble and petition the government. Now the court record, straight, because this archive does not scrub the file. FACT: Olivia Michele Pollock, then 30, of Lakeland, Florida, was arrested on June 30, 2021, and indicted on July 1, 2021. She was charged with civil disorder, assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers, theft of government property, entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly and disruptive conduct, engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or grounds, and an act of physical violence on Capitol grounds. FACT: She pleaded NOT GUILTY to all counts, and pleaded not guilty again to a superseding indictment in July 2022. She never pleaded guilty to anything. FACT: She failed to appear before trial and was declared a fugitive. She was found and arrested on January 6, 2024, on a ranch in Groveland, Florida, alongside her brother Jonathan Pollock and family friend Joseph Hutchinson III. That is in the record and it stays on this page. FACT: Her jury trial was reset for February 18, 2025. It never happened. On January 23, 2025, days after the January 20, 2025 clemency, the court granted the government's motion to dismiss her case WITH PREJUDICE.
