Disputes Major Talleys response that CTF is not setup for video visits. States Lieutenant D. Dowery said CTF does have video visit capabilities and uses them in D Pod. Requests opportunity to see his family by video since the facility does not allow his family (wife and 2 young children) to visit in person. Notes mental health side effects caused by prolonged period of isolation from family, wife and children.
