Logan Grover of Erie, Colorado, gave this country ten years in the United States Army Reserve. That is not a talking point. It is in his court file. THE SERVICE FACT: Logan Grover is a ten year U.S. Army Reserve veteran, reported by Colorado Public Radio at the time of his plea. FACT: His Department of the Army Achievement Medal and Commendation Medal certificates were submitted to the federal court as sentencing exhibits. The man brought his decorations into a courtroom in Washington, D.C., and let a federal judge look at them. Erie is a small Boulder County town. Logan Grover is one of its veterans. THE CASE FACT: Grover was arrested April 28, 2021, and released pending resolution. He was originally charged with four counts. FACT: On July 20, 2022, he pleaded guilty to a single misdemeanor, parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building. The other three counts were dismissed. FACT: On February 17, 2023, he was sentenced to 24 months of probation and 30 days of home incarceration. No prison. Supervision was transferred to the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado on February 28, 2023. FACT: Surveillance placed Grover at the Capitol on January 6. He does not appear in that footage engaging in any violent act. FACT: On January 20, 2025, President Trump issued clemency covering January 6 cases. No violence in the footage. Three counts dropped.
