Lisa Marie Eisenhart
Pardoned January 6 defendant
Documented editorial-use imageLisa Marie Eisenhart — Woodstock, Georgia. FACT: She is a longtime nurse. Decades at the bedside, caring for people on their worst days. That is her actual life's work and no docket erases it. (AJC; Washington Times) FACT: She went to Washington with her son. The press turned them into a nickname. She was a 59-year-old nurse and a mother, and the coverage rarely said so. (AJC) FACT: On April 18, 2023 she was convicted at trial. On sentencing she received 30 months, 36 months of supervised release, and $2,000 restitution. (DOJ) FACT — AND THIS ONE MATTERS: The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals later VACATED all of her felony convictions — conspiracy and obstruction of an official proceeding — following the Supreme Court''s ruling in Fischer v. United States. Judge Lamberth indicated he would likely have imposed under 10 months without those felonies. She served time on convictions an appeals court threw out. Say that part out loud. (WUSA9) FACT: On January 20, 2025, President Trump issued clemency in January 6 cases. NEEDS AUTHENTICATION: No verified fundraiser or self-published account located. Send one and we will link it.
