After being deprived of sleep last night by Cpl Carter, LT Lancaster came in 8-9am and woke him from dead sleep just to yell and knock on doors - further depriving sleep. He had trouble sleeping. Cites retaliation and collaboration with Cpl Carter as common occurrence treating others in torturous manner. The noise alone is driving him crazy.
