Kenneth Giusini is a 67 year old Philadelphia man. A Philly guy in an Eagles hat. Sixty seven years old. Three years and change before anybody knocked on his door. THE CASE FACT: He was not arrested until February 22, 2024, more than three years after January 6, 2021. CHARGE ONLY: He was charged with one felony count of obstruction of law enforcement during civil disorder, plus misdemeanor counts. Charges are charges. FACT: Kenneth Giusini pleaded guilty to the single Civil Disorder count. FACT: Sentencing was reset for February 7, 2025. It never happened.
