Justin Lee is a Rockville, Maryland man who went on to serve as a Montgomery County police officer before his January 6 case caught up with him. Lee was a Montgomery County Police Department officer at the time of his 2023 arrest; DOJ said the FBI had identified him as BOLO AFO #533 from Capitol footage. FACT, DOJ, Washington Post. He was arrested October 19, 2023, and found guilty after a bench trial on August 23, 2024, of two felony counts and three misdemeanors.
