Judith Hoekstra of Charlotte, North Carolina waited nearly four years for a knock on the door that finally came in December 2024 — and just weeks later, the case against her was over. FACT: On December 13, 2024, Judith Hoekstra was arrested in Charlotte and charged with entering or remaining in a restricted building or grounds and related counts stemming from January 6, 2021 (WBTV). Charges are charges — allegations, nothing more. Nothing was ever proven against her in court. The timing tells the story. Judith Hoekstra was one of the last people in the country charged over January 6. Barely five weeks after her arrest, on January 20, 2025, the presidential clemency proclamation ended the January 6 prosecutions and directed dismissal with prejudice of pending cases like hers. She was never convicted of anything. Case record: charged December 2024 in connection with the January 6 investigation; prosecutions were brought in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. This profile is unclaimed. If this is you — or your family — claiming it is free, forever.
