Josiah Pablo Hueso is a San Diego man who walked out of the Capitol on January 6 and put his face on a CNN camera the same afternoon. No mask. No hiding. No running. Josiah Hueso stood outside the building and gave an on camera interview about what he had just done, which is the opposite of what a man does when he thinks he has committed a crime. The FBI arrested him seventeen months later in San Diego, and he was released on personal recognizance. (FACT, Times of San Diego, NBC 7 San Diego) WHAT THE RECORD ACTUALLY SHOWS. Surveillance video shows Hueso walking peacefully inside. He told the FBI he did not break or touch anything in the building, even though he saw others doing so. (FACT as to the FBI interview and the surveillance description, American Gulag case summary) HIS LEGAL FIGHT. Hueso was arrested May 25, 2022 and released the same day on personal recognizance. He was indicted June 24 and pleaded not guilty to all charges at arraignment on July 27. On May 1, 2023 he pleaded guilty to one count, parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building. That is a misdemeanor, the lightest count on the January 6 board. On August 8, 2023 he was sentenced to 36 months of probation, a $10 special assessment and $500 in restitution. No prison. (FACT, Times of San Diego, NBC 7 San Diego, DOJ record) On January 20, 2025, President Trump granted clemency covering the January 6 prosecutions. (FACT) CASE RECORD, as preserved from the DOJ Capitol Breach list this archive mirrored after the government scrubbed it from justice.gov: Case 1:22-mj-111, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, later docketed as 22-cr-00225 before Judge Christopher Cooper. The docket, as recorded: Complaint filed 5/17/22. Arrested 5/25/22. Charges are charges. Nothing on this page states guilt beyond the court record. Josiah Pablo Hueso. San Diego, California. He told the truth on camera before anybody made him. This profile is unclaimed. If this is you, or your family, claiming it is free, forever.
