Josiah Colt is an Idaho man whose January 6 case became one of the most photographed moments of the day, and who later said, in his own words, that he was sorry. Colt was arrested January 12, 2021, indicted February 3, 2021, and pleaded guilty to count 1 of the indictment on July 14, 2021. He was sentenced to 15 months in prison.
