Pleaded guilty January 9, 2023 to parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building, a misdemeanor. Three other misdemeanor counts were dismissed under the agreement: entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, and disorderly conduct in a Capitol building. [FACT] Sentenced April 25, 2023 to three years of probation, 28 days of intermittent confinement, three months of home detention and $500 in restitution. No felony. No assault charge.
