Joseph Daniel Hutchinson III is a Polk County, Florida man who pleaded not guilty to every count against him and was never convicted of anything arising from January 6. On July 8, 2021 he was arraigned and pleaded not guilty to all counts, and he was released on personal recognizance. Prosecutors charged him with assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers, aiding and abetting, and misdemeanor counts for restricted grounds and disorderly conduct. CHARGE ONLY.
