Joseph Howe is a Kentucky man from LaRue County — Magnolia, Kentucky, the same stretch of central Kentucky that raised Abraham Lincoln. FACT: Joseph Howe was arrested October 28, 2022 in Elizabethtown, nearly two years after January 6, on felony and misdemeanor charges stemming from the front of the crowd at the Capitol.
