The record, so far

Before he was ever a headline, Joe Biggs was a soldier. He served in the United States Army. He deployed to combat. He was wounded overseas and carried those injuries — including a traumatic brain injury from his service in Iraq — home with him. He is widely reported to be a Purple Heart recipient. (FACT — Wikipedia and contemporaneous reporting; Purple Heart: widely reported / NEEDS AUTHENTICATION) That service is the part of Joe Biggs the government press releases never led with. We do. After the Army he became a media personality and organized rallies. On January 6 he was one of the most visible figures in the crowd, and the government built one of its largest cases around him. He was convicted of seditious conspiracy and related counts and sentenced to 17 years — among the longest of any January 6 sentence. (FACT — NBC News; CBS News) On January 20, 2025, President Trump commuted Joe Biggs's sentence, and he walked out of federal prison that same day, after roughly four years inside. (FACT — Yahoo/AP; Wikipedia) A combat-wounded veteran. A father. A man whose case is still argued about across this country. Whatever anyone concludes about that day, the uniform and the wound came first. THE RECORD (charges are charges): Case No. 1:21-cr-175, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Arrested 1/20/2021. Convicted in 2023 on six counts including seditious conspiracy; sentenced to 17 years. Sentence commuted 1/20/2025. How verification works

  1. 1

    You claim the profile

Sign in (or sign up free), then submit your DOJ case number, a mugshot or pardon record, or a court document showing this is you. Takes a couple minutes.

  2. 2

    Ryan reviews it personally

Every claim is checked by Ryan against the DOJ docket and public record. Imposters get rejected. You only need to do this once.

  3. 3

    Profile becomes yours

Once approved, this page comes down and a fresh case-builder takes its place. You can upload photos, scanned documents, embedded TikTok / YouTube / X videos, your testimony in your own words. Everything you upload waits for review before going public.

Why this matters for Joseph

Most J6 defendant case files sit locked inside law firms. The public hears soundbites. They do not see the grievance forms denied without a hearing. They do not see the water shut off. They do not see four years of constitutional rights violated, one piece of paper at a time.

We put it in public. All of it. Every defendant who joins. One airtight record the government cannot refute. That is how this case is won.
