Jordan Berk is a San Diego man whose entire January 6 case comes down to nine minutes inside a building. The government's own timeline says it plainly. Jordan Berk entered the Capitol at 3:07 p.m. through the Senate Wing Door, passed through the Crypt and an office, filmed part of it on his phone, and was back outside at 3:16 p.m. Nine minutes, start to finish. (FACT, Law and Crime, citing court filings) HIS LEGAL FIGHT. Berk was arrested in San Diego, California and charged in the District of Columbia. He pleaded guilty to a single count of entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds. The disorderly conduct and parading counts were dropped as part of the plea. He was sentenced in December to two months of home confinement, two years of probation and community service. No prison. (FACT, Law and Crime) On January 20, 2025, President Trump granted clemency covering the January 6 prosecutions. (FACT) CASE RECORD, as preserved from the DOJ Capitol Breach list this archive mirrored after the government scrubbed it from justice.gov. The archived row for Jordan Berk carries no case number, no court and no arrest date, so the DOJ defendant page linked below stands as the primary record. Charges are charges. Nothing on this page states guilt beyond the court record. Here is what this archive does not have yet, and it is the part that matters most: who Jordan Berk is when he is not a line item in a federal docket. His trade, his people, his San Diego. That part is his to add, and nobody can tell it better. This profile is unclaimed. If this is you, or your family, claiming it is free, forever.
