Jeffrey Newcomb is an Ashland County, Ohio man from the small town of Polk, a hands-on builder whose case is one of the clearest examples of charges that were never proven and never will be. FACT: Newcomb was not arrested until October 2024, nearly four years after January 6, 2021. He was charged by criminal complaint with felony counts of assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers and obstruction of law enforcement during a civil disorder, plus misdemeanors.
