That is a security-cleared, show-up-every-day, serve-the-country-adjacent job in an Air Force town. Beavercreek is a Dayton suburb full of engineers, contractors, airmen and their families. Jared Kastner is one of them. THE LEGAL FIGHT. Jared Kastner was charged in December 2021 with entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building. He was arrested December 8, 2021, and an information was filed the same day. His case dragged for years. He was convicted in 2024 and sentenced in October 2024 to five months.
