James Russell Davis is a United States Marine Corps veteran from King George, Virginia. He wore the uniform. He served as military police. The charges were assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building, an act of physical violence on Capitol grounds, and obstruction of law enforcement during civil disorder. On January 20, 2025 a Presidential proclamation granted a full, complete and unconditional pardon for offenses relating to events at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021.
