Jack Chambers is a young man from South Lebanon, Ohio, in Warren County just northeast of Cincinnati. He was 25 when the federal government came for him. FACT: Jack Chambers was arrested on April 11, 2024, in Cincinnati, Ohio. That is more than three years after January 6, 2021. FACT: The counts were Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds, Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building or Grounds, Disorderly Conduct in a Capitol Building, and Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building. Trespass and conduct. No assault. No weapon. FACT: According to the FBI affidavit reported by WKRC Local 12 in Cincinnati, Chambers followed the crowd from the Ellipse to the Capitol, and he admitted to agents that he was there. He did not hide. He did not run. FACT: He pleaded guilty to two charges, Disorderly Conduct in a Capitol Building and Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building. On November 1, 2024, Jack Chambers was sentenced to 30 months of probation, a $500 fine, $500 in restitution, and a $20 special assessment. FACT: On January 20, 2025, Jack Chambers received a full pardon from President Trump. Thirty months of probation for a man in his twenties from South Lebanon, Ohio.
