Ivan Todd is a 56-year-old man from Gainesville, Florida, home of the Gators, arrested more than three years after the government says he spent four minutes inside the U.S. Capitol. Four minutes. That is what federal investigators say Ivan Todd's own cell phone GPS and security camera footage showed: he entered through the Parliamentarian Door around 2:56 p.m. on January 6, 2021, and left through the same door four minutes later. He was arrested March 7, 2024, in Gainesville, more than three years after that afternoon. Todd pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor counts: Disorderly Conduct in a Capitol Building and Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building. No assault charge. No weapon. Sentencing was set for March 10, 2025. It never happened. On January 27, 2025, one week after President Trump's clemency proclamation covering the January 6 prosecutions, the court granted the government's own motion to dismiss Ivan Todd's case with prejudice. Four minutes inside a building, more than three years before the government showed up, two misdemeanor pleas, and a dismissal before sentencing ever took place. That is the whole record on Ivan Todd of Gainesville, Florida. Same record, same rule this site applies to every name in this archive: put the facts up, keep the government's own timeline in view, and let people see it for themselves.
