Henos Woldemichael is a young man from Burke, Virginia -- barely 21 years old when his name landed in the January 6 record, one of the youngest defendants to come out of the Washington, D.C. suburbs. Henos Woldemichael was a resident of Burke, in Fairfax County, Virginia. He was a college-age adult when he traveled the short distance into the District on January 6, 2021. THE LEGAL FIGHT: Woldemichael was charged by criminal complaint in the District of Columbia in the fall of 2022 -- nearly two years after the event -- with interfering with law enforcement during a civil disorder and related misdemeanors. He was arrested October 26, 2022. His case was still in its early stages, with the presumption of innocence intact, when President Trump's January 20, 2025 clemency proclamation brought the January 6 prosecutions to a close. Henos Woldemichael was never convicted at trial. (FACT, per DOJ records and the January 20, 2025 clemency proclamation.) CASE RECORD: Henos Woldemichael, case number 1:22-mj-206, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Complaint filed September 16, 2022; arrested October 26, 2022. Charges are charges -- and in this case they were resolved without a conviction. This profile is unclaimed. If this is you -- or your family -- claiming it is free, forever.
