HIS LEGAL FIGHT FACT: Robin pleaded guilty to both petty counts and was sentenced on December 16, 2024, to 18 months of probation with conditions, a $20 special assessment, and $500 in restitution. No prison. No jail. FACT: Thirty five days later, on January 20, 2025, President Trump granted clemency covering the January 6 prosecutions. Gabriel Raymond Robin received a FULL PARDON.
