FACT: He ran for Florida state office in 2020, campaigning in his own Miami-Dade community. HIS FIGHT FACT: Garcia was arrested January 19, 2021 in South Florida. He was indicted February 17, 2021 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and pleaded not guilty to all counts on March 30, 2021. A superseding indictment was filed November 10, 2021.
