Francis Connor was 23 years old and living in Brooklyn, New York when his name landed on a federal docket. He went to Washington with friends. Surveillance video shows him walking inside the Capitol, taking pictures, and talking about it afterward on Instagram. FACT: There is no evidence in the record that Francis Connor or the friends he was with acted violently. He was never charged with assaulting anyone. He was never accused of carrying a weapon.
