Donald John Smith is a South Jersey working man. He worked at a UPS branch in Lawnside, New Jersey and he was living in Lindenwold when the federal government came and took fifteen months of his life. A UPS man. Packages, routes, early mornings. FACT, per the American Gulag case record. AND THEN THE GOVERNMENT DROPPED IT This is the part that matters. Donald John Smith never pleaded guilty. He pleaded NOT GUILTY, twice, on October 18, 2021 and again on December 20, 2021. FACT. On October 28, 2022 the United States government filed its own motion to dismiss his case. On November 3, 2022, Judge Royce C. Lamberth granted it. Case dismissed. FACT, per the DOJ docket. No trial. No conviction. No plea. The prosecution walked away from it more than two years before any pardon existed. That is not clemency. That is the government looking at its own file and folding. On January 20, 2025, President Trump granted clemency covering the January 6 prosecutions. Donald John Smith's case had already been dismissed 26 months earlier.
